GENERAL:
Before purchasing a dragon, please do thorough research on how to care for bearded dragons and have proper set up prior to your dragon’s arrival. Husbandry and proper care are vital to your new dragon’s health. To reserve a dragon, a 25% deposit is required to hold the dragon. Full payment must be made 3 days prior to shipping out your dragon to clear remaining balance. All policies in place are subject to change as we deem necessary. We reserve the right to refuse sale to any individual or entity, for any reason.
We will never knowingly sell a sick bearded dragon. You are always welcome and encouraged to ask us any questions at any time regarding the care and husbandry of your dragon. We always recommend bringing your new dragon to your reptile vet to ensure health as we do this with any new dragons that we receive.
HEALTH GUARANTEE:
We provide a 14-day health guarantee on our animals, as long as proper husbandry and care is being followed. Since this is a live animal, once they leave our hands, we cannot control how they are cared for. We require the new owner to communicate with us if the animal is not settling in well. It is normal for your new dragon to have decreased appetite when they first arrive due to being in a new environment but should improve as they acclimate to their surroundings.
If your dragon appears to be declining in health in any way within the first 14 days of purchase, it’s important you contact us immediately so we can try our best to help you. If the dragon expires within the first 14 days, we will offer an exchange for a new dragon of the same value.
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE:
Live arrival is guaranteed. If your new dragon expires in 14 days, a replacement of another dragon with the same value of the dead dragon will be used in the next shipment. Payments & deposits are non-refundable. Shipping cost will be paid by the buyer.
The live arrival guarantee only applies if you are present to receive the animal at time of delivery (for home deliveries). If you are unable to be at home at time of delivery, then we can ship to a FedEx hub center that is located closest to you. We absolutely will not ship in weather that is not permitting and harmful to your dragon.
Should there be a delivery issue, you must provide a photo of damaged box and or dead animal / animals inside the original shipping container. Photos must be sent within 1 hour of the delivery time stamp. If you are not there to receive the package, this voids our live arrival guarantee. We are only responsible for replacing/refunding the original purchase price of the animal. The actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount if the refund option is chosen.
SEX, APPEARANCE & COLOR:
We do not guarantee sex of any bearded dragon under 6 months of age. All animals are described to the best of our abilities on sales post, including any defect (such as a nip, or missing toenail etc.), genetics and temperament prior to shipping dragon. Pictures are taken to represent the structure of the animal. Color of the animal can vary by lighting, background, temperature, mood of the dragon, what device the picture is being viewed on, and camera being used to take the pictures. We strive to represent our animals as true to life as possible.
We do our best to have our pictures and videos match the dragon’s color in person. We do not guarantee the color of any animals sold, nor do we guarantee the color they may be as they reach adulthood because babies continue to change as they mature. Due to the unpredictability of animals, we also do not guarantee temperament. Many factors are at play during growth and development that we cannot control.
RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY:
1. If the dragon appears sick within the first 14 days, you may return the dragon (customer is responsible for shipping costs to return) and we will issue a refund minus a $150 non-refundable fee & shipping fees to send the dragon out, or replace with another dragon of the same value.
2. Eligible returns/refunds only include DOA (dead on arrival) or a dragon that appears to be sick and not thriving in the first 14 days. After 14 days, refunds and returns are ineligible, so we highly recommend bringing your new dragon to a reptile vet for insurance of health.
3. Being unsatisfied with how the dragon looks or unsatisfied with its coloring in person are not eligible for returns or refunds. We do our best to represent what is advertised on available dragons. Coloring of the dragon may vary due to background, lighting, temperature, mood of the dragon and device being used for pictures/videos.
4. Being unsatisfied with the sex of a dragon is not eligible for returns or refunds as we do not guarantee sex of bearded dragons under the age of 6 months.
5. We will not always be able to do a physical return. When you purchase from us, you agree that there is a chance we will not be able to take the dragon back. If this happens, we will still issue you a full refund minus the original shipping costs and non-refundable fee of $150.
6. We will never issue a refund for more than what you purchased your dragon for. Set up costs, lighting, food, medications, and other things are all your responsibility.
7. We require a 3-day notice if a customer decides to back out from a sale and has already paid for the dragon, but there will be a non-refundable fee of $150.

We accept Zelle, Cashapp, Venmo, Square, PayPal and Wire Transfers. We also offer payment plans.
